Walks are over easy ground and taken at steady pace to suit everyone
Walks range from 10 to 90 minutes in length
At least one short walk a week, starting at the same time and place every week
All walks are accessible on foot or by public transport
You only need to join a group once to access all future walks
Our St Ives LC wellbeing walks are gentle and relaxing walks around the nearby area.
Our walks are low level and generally take around 30 - 60mins, we have a number of routes that enable all to join our walks.
Every Friday, 11am, meet at 10.45am in the Leisure Centre. Join our walks and then a cuppa and natter afterwards.
Bring water with you to keep hydrated whilst we walk.
During sunny days, ensure you screen up and wear a hat, and appropriate clothing to keep you cool.
