A fun and low-intensity bi-monthly walk in beautiful nature around the Harrow Recreation Ground for women, led by a local community group in partnership with Harrow Health Walks. Benches are available around the park if you need to rest. There is a toilet available in the Café. During the summer months we also practice our balance using the beams, for just a few minutes - not compulsory. Please wear comfortable trainers or walking shoes.
Please arrive for 11am at the Seva Cafe as the walks start promptly.
For more information, email Stepupwalks@gmail.com.
This walk runs on the first and third Tuesday of the month. Our weekly women's walk runs on Wednesdays from 1pm. Visit www.harrow.gov.uk/walk for more information.
It is best to arrive at least 10 minutes early as the walks leave promptly. Walk volunteers usually wear a hi-vis vest or backpack so that they are easily identifiable.
If it's your first ever walk with the Harrow Health Walks, you will need to complete a walker registration form. You can sign up and fill in our form ahead of time on www.harrow.gov.uk/walk
