Overview

Join our Stepping Out Wellbeing Walk On from Peasholm Park (meeting across the road at the Open Air Theatre Kiosk) to the Sea Life Centre. The walk takes you through the Open Air Theatre and on towards the North Bay finishing at the Sealife Centre. You will be able to see the Miniature railway, supports for the cable cars that were a feature there for many years, and the striking white pyramids that form the Sea Life Centre, then back along the sea front, past the brightly coloured beach chalets, finishing by the Sands Development where the walk will end and you can  stop for coffee  and cake if you wish.

This is a predominantly level terrain but slightly longer walk which is taken at a nice easy pace. The weather  can be quite wild in Scarboroughespecially on the seafront, so appropriate clothing and footwear advised.

There is plenty of car parking available on Marine Drive and there is a car park close by.
