Overview

Join our friendly Stepping Out group for a wellbeing walk along the South Bay, passing the amusement arcades, cafes and shops on the seafront. We continue past the historic Grand Hotel onto Scarborough Spa. Throughout the walk there are fabulous views across the South bay looking towards Cayton Bay and Filey Brigg or back towards Scarborough Castle.

This walk is mainly along level footpaths but there is a small incline at one point. This is quite an exposed walk, so important to wear appropriate footwear and clothing for the weather conditions.

There is a half way stop for refreshments and then we retrace our steps back to the Lifeboat House.
