Overview

Join our friendly Stepping Out group for a wellbeing walk which takes you through the Open Air Theatre, along the sideof the miniature railway track and back along the sea front passing by the brightly coloured beach chalets finishing by the Sands development. Lots to look out for including the trains, supports for the cable cars that were a main feature many years ago and the striking white pyraminds that form the Sealife Centre. Not forgetting Scarborough Castle too!

This is walk is predominantly on level terrain and can be done at a nice easy pace. The weather can get wild especially on the seafront so appropriate clothing and footwear advised. At the end of the walk there is the opportunity to purchase drinks and snacks at a cafe. Public and cafe toilets available. There is plenty of parking available on Marine Drive or in a nearby car park. Coastliner 843 service.
