Overview

Join us for a leisurely walk through the beautiful grounds of Stubbylee Park in Bacup. If you are looking for a quick and easy way to get some fresh air and exercise without breaking a sweat? Then look no further.  The route will take you past the Stubbylee Fairy Dell, a hidden gem tucked away amidst the trees. Take in the surrounding views of Lee quarry whilst having a good natter. This is a low level walk. Feel free to join us for a well earned drink back at The Stables Café.

Parking is available outside Stubbylee Hall, a short walk from our start point at The Stables Café. Toilets are available. Benches are situated around the park. Well behaved dogs are welcome so long as they are kept on a lead. Don't forget to ask us about our wonderful projects happening across at Stubbylee Community Greenhouses.
