Join this walk on the 1st & 3rd Tuesday of the month for a wellbeing walk around the Harecroft area of Wisbech.
The walk is a calm pace giving plenty of opportunity to chat away as you walk. This walk aims to provide a safe space to get out and meet new people, or simply just walk within a group. A chance to get active, enjoy the fresh air and local green spaces.
The walk will last around 50-60 minutes depending on crossings and the group pace.
The walk route goes from the Chapel Road Car Park (back of) through the Harecroft fields, then over Leverington road to walk along the river, finally looping back to Harecroft to return to the Chapel Street Car Park.
This walk is kindly led by the local social prescribers!
Why not come and try it out? You will be welcomed with open arms.
The walk is mostly all on paths, but these can be uneven and in poor weather muddy around the edges and/or icy. There are parts that require walkers to walk on quiet roads.
There are no gates or styles, or off road (non pathed) sections to this walk.
