We are the Cunninghame Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Cunninghame Ramblers is celebrating 40 years of walking with a walk on 19th October and this lunch on 20th October.
Come and celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the Cunninghame Ramblers. Following the anniversary walk on Saturday, 19th of October, we continue the celebrations with a meal at the Porthead Tavern and Hamiltons Restaurant in Irvine’s High Street on Sunday, the 20th of October. If coming by car, there are many parking spaces close by and if you are coming by bus, the No. 11 and 585 buses stop on the high street. By train, you will have a wee walk from the station.
The meal will be in the upstairs function room, 2.00pm for 2.30pm. The menu can be viewed at Http://www.hamiltonsirvine.co.uk/menus/ (Ctr and click to follow the link). There is no need to pre-order your meal.
Some ‘house keeping’
Drinks can be purchased on an individual basis at the upstairs bar. I have been asked that the bill is paid in one payment. To facilitate this, please bring sufficient cash/ change, a pen and paper to note your expenditure, and I will collect and pay the bill.
If you wish to book a place, please contact Eunice by text or phone (ONLY) on 07825 959471. A non-refundable deposit of £5.00 will secure your place. This can be deposited in the Ramblers Social Account, details are: Unity Bank, Sort code 60-83-01, Account number 20119971. Use your name(s) as the reference for the payment.
