A Briefing/Refresher Session for Walk Leaders, followed by one of the Kite Walks

Using the “Pit Room” in the Rock UK Summit Centre for a Briefing /Refresher Session for Walk Leaders. Including Planning, Risk Assessments, Recce’s & Leading.

This will be followed by one of the waymarked Kite Walks to help illustrate & discuss the above on a walk. Leaving the centre we climb up to Llan Uchaf before descending on a green lane to Bedlinog. We then follow up the Nant Llwynog valley, across the Gelligaer Common before returning to the Rock UK Summit Centre Cafe.
