Overview

Etal is a small picturesque village in the far north of Northumberland, and sits next to the River Till which is one of the country’s cleanest rivers. Ford and Etal boast some of the most beautiful and accessible countryside in Northumberland and the area can be explored following quiet lanes, footpaths and bridleways. The historic Flodden Battlefield is nearby too.
