Overview

Graciela Iturbide is an influential Latin American artist born in Mexico in 1942. She offers a unique perspective on Mexican society and identity using a documentary approach and black and white photos. She is particularly known for her work documenting the lives of indigenous people.

Join us at the Photographers' Gallery on Thursday 1st August at 18.00pm - 18.45pm. (Note this is the slot allocated for a self-guided visit). We have negotiated a reduced group entry rate to be paid by each person at the door. See instructions in the email confirming your place.

After the visit to the gallery we will dine at a local Mexican restaurant (burrito and a beer). Details will be sent by email.

Please note that due to excess demand we are no longer taking bookings for this event.  Attendance is by reservation only and confirmation that you have a place.  There is already a wait list.
