We are the Winchester Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.

This walk follows old and established footpaths, working its way through historic Hampshire Villages, and providing some amazing long distance views across the Bourne Valley.
We will walk alongside two significant pieces of woodland, and also the famous Broughton Down.
The walk is close to 13 miles, across undulating terrain, with just two sloping hills to navigate.
Please bring refreshments for our morning "coffee " and picnic lunch stops...
Park at the "top" of Buckholt Lane, on the outskirts of Broughton...off the B3084...Salisbury Road This is our meeting point. Park on the grass/gravel layby on the left.
