We are the Solihull Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
The walk passes through some lovely Warwickshire countryside. Some road walking, we will come across an unexpected trig point on the way and we walk through Alcester on our way back. Mildly undulating but nothing too taxing.
If you would like to car share, we are meeting at Lady Byron Lane, Knowle (Old Warwick Road) Solihull B93 9AG (near J5 of the M42) for a departure time of 09.00 am. Lifts are subject to availability. This is a round trip of approx. 45 miles and a voluntary donation of £6 is considered to be a reasonable contribution towards the costs incurred by the driver.
Meet in the car park of the Fish Inn at Wixford, B49 6DA please buy a drink after the walk. No toilets available at the Fish in the morning.
