An easy fairly level walk using field paths and passing through woods. There is some minor road walking but along quiet country lanes. We do walk alongside the A435 for a short distance
To get to the start of the walk on Tuesday 13th May the following may be of help: "From junction 3 of M42 head south along A435 passing through Studley. At southern edge of the town just past Spernal Ash Garage on right turn left into Spernal Lane. Cross bridge over River Arrow and continue ahead. Take second turning on left into Burford Lane (signposted to Shelfield). After about 1/2 mile turn left into car park. Voluntary donation requested for car parking £2. There are no toilets, but planty of trees."
