A spectacular linear walk from Seaford seafront over Seaford Head. Up the Cuckmere river to Exceat, where there will be a rest stop, then down the other bank and across all the Seven Sisters to a lunch stop just above Birling Gap (weather permitting). Next down to Birling Gap for a brief comfort stop (or lunch there if wind/rain). Finally up and over Beachy Head, passing Belle Tout and a well earned optional drink at the Pilot Inn. Walk back along the sea front or number 3 bus to town centre and bus and rail connections.
Given the terrain the full walk is dependent on there not being an extreme heatwave!
it is possible to leave or join the walk at Seven Sisters Country Park visitor centre. We should arrive there around 12.15 and leave about 20 minutes later via the 12 bus stop (Brighton direction) . Please text the leader if you wish to join the walk at this point.
