Overview

A spectacular linear walk from Seaford seafront over Seaford Head. Up the Cuckmere river to Exceat, where there will be a rest stop, then down the other bank and across all the Seven Sisters to a lunch stop just above Birling Gap (weather permitting). Next down to Birling Gap for a brief comfort stop (or lunch there if wind/rain). Finally up and over Beachy Head, passing Belle Tout and a well earned optional drink at the Pilot Inn. Walk back along the sea front or number 3 bus to town centre and bus and rail connections.
