Overview

Linear walk from Seaford Museum to Bedes School. From Seaford Museum over Seaford Head, around Cuckmere Haven via Exceat then up onto the 7 Sisters. Coffee stop on Haven Brow. Then along the 7 Sisters to Birling Gap (lunch stop at about 2.00 pm). After lunch up and over Beachy Head via Belle Tout and down to Bedes School. Optional well earned pint in the Pilot Inn at the end

For those who wish to have a shorter walk you can join the walk at the Seven Sisters Country Park Visitors Centre bus stop (Brighton Direction). We will reach the visitors centre for a coffee stop at about 12.00 and set off from the bus stop at approx 12.20. If possible please text the leader to say you will be meeting the group there.

It is also possible to finish the walk at Birling Gap and walk up to the bus stops at East Dean (about 1.25 miles) or get the 13X from Birling Gap if it is running
