Overview

Commencing at Amberley Station, the walk progresses up Amberley Mount and along the SDW to Rackham Hill, down to Burpham High Barn and then to The George in Burpham village for lunch stop.  There are benches in the Church grounds and also by the cricket pavilion for eating picnic lunch.  The return leg goes past Peppering Farm and Peppering High Barn, back up on the Downs to The Burgh and back to Amberley Station along Stoke Road.

Although some mud is encountered, a lot of the paths/lanes are of a hard surface.
