Overview

This is a chance to enjoy a linear walk along the beautiful Amman Valley, from the Black Mountain Centre in Brynamman, back to Ammanford. The route is paved all the way and follows the river closely, descending 154m and with only 23m of ascent. A chance to watch out for bird life. And no mud!

This is a bus assisted walk, bring your bus pass or money: before the walk Service 64 Ammanford Bus Stn 10:58 to Quarry St Upper Brynamman.

Optional link from Llandeilo: Service X13 St Teilo's Church 9:55 to Ammanford Bus Stn. Retuning after walk Service X13 Ammanford Bus Stn 15:25 to St Teilo's Church.

Perfect walk for dogs, but check travel on busses.
