Overview

Meet: at the junction of Forest Drive and Capel Road, near Manor Park station at 09.00.

There are a number of starting/leaving points along the way for those not wanting to walk the full length:

10:00 the centre of the Green Man roundabout, Leytonstone
12:30 Epping Forest Visitor Centre at The View, 6 Rangers Road E4 7QH for lunch (picnic lunch advised)
13:15 the walk will resume towards High Beach
14:15 High Beach
16:15 the walk ends at Bell Common, Epping

There will also be a morning coffee break at Highams Park Lake Boathouse, The Charter Road, IG8 9RE. Please note that all times ( apart from start times) are approximate.
