A wonderful walk offering magnificent views. Plenty of history, a rich variety of fauna and flora including young lambs, a church and some interesting architecture.
This walk is at the upper end of moderate, but we can take our time and enjoy the scenery on the ascents.
Some slightly boggy areas after rainfall.
A short but steepish and slippery downhill slope in the afternoon.
Bring a packed lunch and mid-morning refreshments. Sorry, no dogs.
If you would like to join this walk, please book a place with the leader. If you cannot attend, please cancel your booking so someone else can take your place. If you turn up without booking, we may have to turn you away.
Car sharing is encouraged to minimise car parking, fuel costs and carbon footprint.
