Overview

A circular walk along the River Dever starting from & finishing in Barton Stacey in the Test Valley - passing some lovely chalk beds and taking in the villages of Bullington & Bransbury - also the Iron Age fort of Andyke.

This walk has only gentle slopes but may be muddy/boggy in places - particularly if there has been recent rainfall.
There may also be a field of nettles to navigate!

Dogs welcome with well behaved owners.

There is a village store near the start point which sells coffee & snacks.

Please bring refreshments for 1 stop (lunch). After the walk we will aim to have a drink in nearby pub - The Swan Inn

Parking is in the parish car park behind the church on Newton Lane. If full there is a small parking facility in the village centre or along The Street.
