Overview

A pan-handled walk along the Suffolk coast path from Bawdsey, turning inland to Alderton, rejoining the coast at Shingle Street, via Buckanay Lane, returning along the coast path.  You will see four Martello Towers, possibly crashing waves, though the sea was very calm on the recce, and big skies. In terms of birdlife there there are plenty of swans and maybe the heron I saw still patrolling.
