This walk has been cancelled due to the forecast of high winds and heavy rain as the day goes on.
We are the Linlithgow Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
This walk on the east side side of the road at Bridge of Orchy comprises 2 Munros - "Dotty and Doreen" if you can't pronounce the real names properly! This is a "T" shape walk with a well worn path for most of the walk. Terrain includes track, path, open hill side, broad ridges and potentially some boggy bits.
Hopefully we will have great views all around us once we reach the summits.
For anyone wishing to practice their navigation or walk leading please look at the Walkhighlands or SMC route for these Munros in advance.
The walk may take 8 hours plus 2 hours drive each way, so bear this in mind if you have plans for early evening. No need to sign up in advance, please just turn up at the West Port ready to leave at 7am.
