Overview

This ascent of the popular Ben Venue is from Ledard Farm, next to Loch Ard. The path passes through broadleaf forest up the glen to the bealach between Beinn Bhreac and Creag a’Bhealaich, and thereafter on to the summit of Ben Venue. Beautiful views await if the weather is kind. The glen is expected to be muddy and a section of the boardwalk is broken. The walk will be moved to Sunday is the forecast for Saturday is poor but reasonable for Sunday.
