A walk to welcome lengthening days. As it will be dark, please bring a hand or head torch. We'll take the straightforward route to Cockleroy via Preston Road, Hillhouse Wood and Beecraigs, arriving on the summit in time for the sunrise at 08:44. From there, we will return to the Hideaway cafe at the Visitor Centre in Beecraigs for breakfast. There are picnic benches/tables outside for anyone who prefers to bring their own food/drinks. Toilets are available to all. We will then retrace our steps to the West Port with an estimated finish time of 11:30/12:00.
