Overview

Some of my forebears are buried in the churchyard in nearby Symington. 40 plus years ago my grandpa told me of the last time he had been up Tinto (some 40 years before that) and I have had a notion to climb it ever since. It is a well used path, it is an “out & back” and it is a short day so ideally suited to this time of year.
