Overview

From the RSPB car park (there is a parking charge for non members) climb steeply up zig zag path. Then gentle slopes up the 'Sleeping Giant' to the summit. Superb views. Descend south to the road. Short tarmac stretch then into Lochore Meadows Park. Up through woodland. Short diversion to take in Dunmore Fort. Back to path then down steep steps back to RSPB car park. 4-4.5 hours.
