Join us for a walk across rolling Cotswold countryside from the National Trust estate of Sherborne, visiting two typical Cotswold villages. We will be using quiet country lanes, fieldpaths and bridleways through exposed fields and woodland with some hills and plenty of expansive views.
There may be livestock in some fields so dogs on leads only please. A few stiles will require dogs to be lifted over.
It is likely to be muddy so please wear suitable boots and weather-appropriate outer clothing.
Please bring a packed lunch and plenty to drink.
The Ewe Pen car park is £4 for the day for non National Trust members, payable by card. NT members will need their membership card for free parking.
Please arrive by 10am for the 10.15 start as the car park gets very busy with dog walkers, and car share where possible.
