Overview

Starting from the canal side car park at Great Fossend Burlescombe we will walk along the Grand western canal passing what is the end weir today and continue for approximately another 1.5miles before we leave the canal and starting looping back towards the start of our walk, by walking through the surrounding country side. The walk will be a mixture of Canal towpath, quite country lanes and public footpaths.
