Overview

Starting at 10.00 from the car park near Grant Foods factory in Galston, this lovely walk in the Irvine Valley south of Galston follows the Burn Anne through Cessnock Woods before heading out into more open countryside. We then return via quiet country roads and along the river back to Galston. There are some short steepish ascents.

There is an option for people to do the shorter version which is 5.5 miles.
