Overview

Cockleford, Cowley, Coberley. Seven Sisters. Lanes, villages and arable land. Gently undulating with 500 feet of ascent overall. Four decent stiles. Long flat section inclined to be muddy in wet weather but with good hand-rails. Good grub at the Green Dragon after the walk or coffee and cake at the adjacent delicatessen.
