We are the Tweeddale Ramblers. We open the way for everyone in our local community to enjoy the pleasures of walking.
Start and finish carpark in Carlops off the main street, A702, NT161558.
Walk up into the Pentlands. Coffee at North Esk Reservoir. Pass Spittal Farm, then walk downhill to cross the A702 with care and enter the Newhall Estate. Walk alongside Scroggy Burn and Habbie's Howe. Walk back on tarred road to the carpark.
Good farm tracks and some woodland paths in Estate.
Meet Kingsmeadow carpark Peebles for car sharing at 9.30am.
