Overview

Starting and finishing at Chingford Station this walk meanders through parts of Epping Forest. Parts of the walk touch on a section of The London Loop but it’s mostly forest walking which will certainly be muddy if there has been any rain. A few roads to cross and it’s surprisingly undulating. There’s a good break point for lunch at High Beech with public toilets available. High Beech can get busy at the weekends so I suggest you take a packed lunch. There is also a good place to have a coffee almost at the end of the walk.
