Overview

A strenuous walk over the Long Mynd with areas of mud, rock outcrops and loose stone.
Some road walking.
Grassy slope which may be slippery especially if there's been a frost.
A few stiles.

We leave the meeting point in Walsall promptly at 08:15am.  The start time is the time the actual walk is due to start.
We regret we cannot allow dogs other than assistance dogs on weekend Walsall Group walks.
Personal medication, e.g. asthma inhalers and angina sprays, must be carried by the walkers themselves.
All walkers should carry an ICE card or a contact number in case of emergency.
Booking is not necessary for this walk.
Please notify the leader if you intend to travel direct to the walk start.
Walkers will need a packed lunch.

Leave Walsall by M54, at end of motorway keep ahead on A5, approaching Shrewsbury stay on A5 to Dobbies Island then take first exit (A49 Leominster / Hereford), follow A49 to signals at Church Stretton, R into town centre then second L to find car park on R.
