Overview

A varied five mile walk to the west of Churchstanton across some lovely Blackdown valleys, returning via the hamlet of Stapley. We will be walking mostly on field and woodland footpaths with some quiet lanes. As you would expect for the Blackdowns - the route is undulating with some fairly steep climbs and the obligatory mud / boggy bits! So walking poles would be handy if you use them. There are also a good number of stiles to negotiate.
