We set out along the Hayle River until we reach St Erth. We then cross the river and make our way to Trewinnard Manor before crossing the river again and heading up to Tremelling and back through the outskirts of Hayle.
There may be mud especially next to the river. There are a few hills!
Dogs welcome but be aware there are quite a few bird scarers if your dog is frightened by loud bangs.
Please wear suitable footwear and bring a drink and snacks.

We park near Ryan's Field RSPB bird hide. There is a height barrier at the entrance and the track is rutted.
