Overview

A scenic coastal path walk in North Ceredigion. Meet at Aberystwyth bus station stand 2 for the 0900 512 service to Borth.  Ascent from the start to reach the Monument overlooking Borth then after a descent to Aberwennol bay a longish steady ascent to reach the high point between Borth & Clarach.  Then up & down to Wallog where the 'causeway' Sarn Cynfelyn that juts out to sea may be observed.  a flattish section brings the route  to Clarach bay before the final ascent to Consti cafe the highest point of the walk.  a sharpish descent then follows to the Prom at Aberystwyth.
