Overview

Congburn/Woodlands

An easy to moderate 5 mile walk around Congburn woods. Starting at Woodlands Bistro , which is part of Congburn Nurseries , in their car park. We start by walking up the road for 3 mins to a public right of way. We cross two or three field until we enter the woods. We walk up to Waldridge fell doing a loop around and over the fell. Followed by a walk skirting Waldridge and down a short quiet road back to Congburn woods. We do another loop then follow the river back to Woodlands car park.
