Food: Lunch at the Sun Inn or the Essex Tea Room in Dedham, or picnic; afternoon tea in Flatford Mill.
Drop out point: Dedham.
Travel: 10.30 Liverpool Street, arriving Manningtree 11.29.  Buy a CDR to Manningtree.
