Overview

This is a linear walk from Dalgety Bay to Aberdour Silver Sands and back with 2 loops to wartime defences and Monks Cave at Braefoot Bay. Good paths most of the way with a small section on grass. Lunch stop at/near to Sands Cafe, Silver Sands.
