"International Dawn Chorus Day" **5am** (please book - 12 max to avoid disturbing birds; preference for C&B members - see programme for number to text after 25/4). Via ancient woods (College, Daffy & Bushy), fields, hedges, stream & scrub; bring binoculars/phone apps (Merlin Bird ID, ChirpOMatic). May need to reschedule if forecast is too wet, windy or foggy. 5 miles at a moderate/leisurely pace, with stops to look, listen & identify. Hope to hear skylark, whitethroat, yellowhammer, buzzard, possibly cuckoo.
Route includes footpaths affected by Pylons (so we will try to add sightings to iNaturalist UK for Norwich to Tilbury Biodiversity Project).
