We start at the Speech House forest car park and wander various tracks taking in some of the Sculpture trail. The walk will be about 5.5 miles in total with a stop at Beechenhurst at about 4.25 miles where there is a cafe and toilets. This will be our main break. The walk is fairly flat with no stiles and not much mud.

Speech House Woodlands car park. The car park is situated on the B4226 on the opposite side of the road from the Speech House Hotel. This is not the hotel car park. Coming from the Cinderford direction follow the road past the crematorium, past another small parking area on the right, until you find the larger signed car park on the right before the Speech House Hotel.
