Overview

5 miles, total ascent 500 feet; leisurely grade; two stiles.  We'll leave Carhampton at 2pm to follow a lane to enter Dunster Deer Park, and proceed over rough pasture to Gallox Bridge.  From here  we'll follow a stream, cross the Old Park and go under the A39 to Marsh Street.  Sea Lane takes us to Dunster Beach where there are public toilets and refreshments.  Next, we'll follow the England Coast Path before crossing the West Somerset Steam Railway into Ker Moor.  An unsurfaced footpath takes us back to Carhampton.
