Duxbury and Heath Charnock from Limbrick.

Starting from the roadside parking outside Limbrick playing fields our route takes us across the canal and into Duxbury woods, We then continue along the River Yarrow before turning to cross the old mining area to reach Wigan Lane. Following the track of Sandy Lane we reach the canal which we follow to Frederick's before returning to Limbrick.
