Overview

Join us as we take a stroll through the picturesque Gorhambury Estate. We will pass and explore the ruins of Old Gorhambury House, once a terrific structure when first built in 1563-8, but now left to ruin. Henceforth we’ll stroll along the lovely country lanes of St Albans before returning to the start point via the beautiful Verulamium lake, with magnificent views over the Cathedral. Then we’re back at the start point and everyone is invited to join us for lunch at the legendary St Albans Waffle House.

Parking costs £5 for four hours and £6 for six hours.
