Overview

An interesting walk on good paths, mostly dry underfoot, that take us to the boundary of the Army firing ranges via Vines Farm, (near) Chair Hill, Henley Gate, Oldfield Wood, and Bowling Hill. Mainly flat - the two named hills are neither high nor strenuous! The whole walk is on military land (see the byelaws notices), mainly on public rights of way, and we keep outside the firing ranges at all times.
