Overview

From Livingston North Train Station (bottom car park) we will walk through a wooded area to Eliburn Reservoir, lots of birdlife can be seen here.  We will then walk to Tailend Moss, this is maintained by the Scottish Wildlife Trust and  is composed of lowland raised bogs, muddy in places with wooden planks in some areas. June to August is a good time to observe dragonflies here.  We will then make our way back to Livingston North Train Station taking in a different route through Eliburn.
