Overview

A nice 6 mile stroll around around the lower slopes of Bredon Hill. Starting from the attractive village of Elmley Castle, we first head part way up Bredon Hill and then contour along, heading initially towards Ashton-Under-Hill, before dropping down through woods to go through the hamlet of Kersoe and back to Elmley. It is moderately hilly and most of it on good paths and tracks although it may be muddy in places, so stout boots, wellies and walking poles are advised.

Bring refreshments for a snack break.

For those interested in refreshments afterwards, good food is available at The Queen Elizabeth pub or 1 mile away at Clive's Fruit Farm.
