Overview

Circular, undulating walk with splendid views across the chalk downs, passing hidden hamlets and grazing horses. On via 2 stiles to part of the Remembrance Trail and historic WW1 Woods and upwards to the sweeping views of Epsom racecourse and its Grandstand. Appropriate footwear please as muddy in places. Picnic/pub lunch at Tattenham Corner. Estimated finish time 15.30. Opt out at Tattenham Corner via 480/460 buses to Epsom with a short walk to the station for return train to Clapham Jct. via Raynes Park (single to Ewell West required) or 418 bus to Kingston.
