This walk might appeal to those who want to explore the area East of Polesden Lacey to Westhumble, and from Fetcham Downs to Ranmore Common on a latitudinal plane. Starting from the National Trust Denbies Hillside Car Park (also known as the NT Ranmore Road {East} Car Park) we skew Polesden Lacey on the right and head North towards Fetcham Downs before veering South and returning to the car park via Norbury Park, Westhumble and Ashcombe Wood.
In terms of difficulty this walk is described as moderate with wide paths, and is also considered dog-friendly.
This is an 8 mile walk so participants may want to bring some lunch as there is no plan to stop at Polesden Lacey.
This National Trust Denbies Hillside car park is free only to NT members. Non-members will need to pay. Details will be posted later.
